Medi-Cal	1-877-597-4777 www.co.la.ca.us/dpss If your children and under 21 and need medical services this program can provide free or low-cost services.
Healthy Families	1-888-747-1222 www.mrmib.ca.gov If you do not have health insurance or free Medi-CAL to cover your children up to age 19, this program provides low-cost coverage.
Free and Low Cost Health Services	1-800-427-8700 www.dhs.co.la.ca.us Medical Services are available at many locations. Call for information.
Child Health & Disability Prevention Program	1-800-993-CHDP Children with Medi-Cal or children without Medi-Cal in low to moderate families are eligible for free immunization shots and health check-ups.
Kaiser Permanente Cares For Kids Child Health Plan	1-800-255-5053 If your child has no medical coverage and is under 19, this program can provide low-cost health insurance.
California Kids	1-800-374-4KID If your child is not eligible for free Medi-Cal or Healthy Families Program and is between the ages of 2 to 19 he or she may be eligible for low-cost insurance.
Health Insurance Premium Payment Program	1-800-952-5294 If your child is eligible for Medi-Cal and is seriously ill with high cost medical bills and has or has access to private health coverage, this special state program may help.
California Children Services	1-800-288-4584 This program provides medical care for children whose families can not afford all or part of their health needs.

Los Angeles Unified School District	1-800-933-8133 If your child attends one of LA Unified's schools he or she may be eligible for certain free or low-cost referrals.
