Mrs. Lozano brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Metropolitan Service Planning area. She worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) for 18 years and has been in nursing management for 10 years.

She has a wide range of experience including: inpatient, outpatient, home health and hospice for both pediatrics and adults. She has worked in the private sector, Personal Health and Public Health Programs. She advanced in her nursing career one step at the time from a Nursing Attendant to a Registered Nurse. She began as a Clinic Nurse I (CNI) in 1988 for Canoga Park Health Center. Mrs. Lozano was then promoted to CNII, Nursing Care Specialist I, Supervisor Clinic Nurse I, Nursing Care Specialist II and to her current position as Nurse Manager.

Mrs. Lozano obtained her Associate of Arts in Nursing (AA), a Bachelor Science of Nursing (BSN), a Public Health Nurse Certificate (PHN) and a Master in Science of Nursing (MSN).
