The Finance and Administrative Program is responsible for the development, implementation, management and evaluation of financial, administration services, facility administration, information technology, personnel and procurement services.
Our goals are to continue development, implementation and refinement of an F&A Program that focuses on improvement of health services administration including cost-benefit and operations research, program activities, finances, standards, and monitoring the organization of SPA 3 & 4 health services.
We develop and utilize the four Facility Administrators as Assistant F&A Program Directors. We also develop contract monitoring and evaluation skills or capabilities including PPP- related F&A oversight for LAFC, CHEFLA, CMOR, and any other private partner working directly with the SPA 3 & 4 Area Health Office.
