Strategic Plan
The Office of Planning is responsible for developing and implementing the Department of Public Health’s (DPH’s) department-wide strategic plan.
The current DPH Strategic Plan 2018 – 2023 identifies key organizational changes to deepen DPH's impact on health equity. By partnering with diverse organizations and communities, DPH hopes to build the conditions in LA County neighborhoods that provide access to the resources all people need to be healthy and to thrive.
