EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES

The Harvest of the Month (HOTM) Program provides materials and resources to support healthy food choices through increased access and consumption of fruits and vegetables as well as encourage daily physical activity. It uniquely supports core curricular areas through exploration and study.  In addition to the resources available from the HOTM website, several schools promoting the program in California combined their efforts and created additional educational resources, such as workbooks, lesson plans, and teacher information packets, that can be found on this page. Please note that this page will be updated as new materials are received. These materials were created and approved as an extension to the Harvest of the Month tool kit developed by the Network for a Healthy California.

For more information on the HOTM program please visit http://www.harvestofthemonth.com.

Click on an item for additional resources specific to that produce.  Please note that information is added in a sequential manner and will be available approximately two months before a produce item's promotional period. All available resource links are underlined in blue, once opened underlined in red, and the resource links which will be available soon are in black.
