overwhelming. Believe it or not, a little stress is
actually good for us. But long-term stress can affect
your health and how you feel about yourself.

some tips to help you feel less stressed:
Talk about it. Talk to
a friend, family member, or someone you
trust about what is stressing you out.
Eat healthy. When we’re
stressed many of us tend to eat our
feelings. Try packing healthy snacks to
munch on during the day.
Sleep. Getting 7-9
hours of sleep can relieve your stress
and help you focus.
Stay active. Sweat your
stress out! Take a 10-minute walking
break. It can help you feel better,
plus, it will keep you looking good.
