About Specialized Food Inspection
The branch is comprised of seven unique food programs with diverse responsibilities: Mobile Food Facilities, Food Facility Plan Check, Specialized Food Facilities, Wholesale Food Facilities, Food Recalls, Home-based Food Operations, and Street Fairs and Carnivals. These programs provide a wide range of services designed to safeguard the public's health and are staffed by professionals dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents and visitors to our County.
