Reporting Environmental Health Related Problems
There are many laws in place to protect the environment and public health. Los Angeles County and other local, state, and federal agencies are responsible for making sure that those laws are followed. By reporting problems to the County or other responsible agencies, you can help to improve the environment and your community's health.
To file a complaint with the Environmental Health Division, please use our online complaint form or contact our Customer Support Center. Complaints can be submitted online or by email 24/7.

After Reporting a Complaint
- You will receive a call within 7 business days to schedule an inspection (if tenant), or to receive the outcome (for other complaints)
- If you do not hear back within 7 business days, please contact us and provide the complaint number, if available
