The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, in partnership with County Counsel and the Department of Consumer and Business Affairs, will be holding an online informational session, as well as six in-person sessions throughout the County, on a proposed ordinance to update Los Angeles County tobacco laws.
The proposed changes to the County’s smoke-free ordinance include the following:
These informational sessions are intended to provide members of the public and stakeholders who might be affected by these changes with information on the proposed ordinance language. The gatherings will also provide an opportunity for the public and other attendees to be heard.
