HIV Epidemiology Program
Vision: Accurate, timely and complete surveillance and epidemiologic information on the HIV epidemic in Los Angeles is readily available and used effectively to reduce the spread and impact of HIV throughout the county.
Mission: Collect, analyze, and disseminate HIV/AIDS surveillance and epidemiologic study data essential for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and policies involving HIV and AIDS care, prevention, education, and research in Los Angeles County.
