OAPP highly values the work of front-line workers, administrators and volunteers dedicated to stopping the spread of HIV; and to improving the quality of life of individuals, families and communities affected by the epidemic.  For this reason, OAPP has continued streamlining and expanding our training portfolio by providing the best professional development opportunities possible to support  the work of our partners in the field.  We have added new trainings such as Treatment Education/Adherence Certification for Treatment Educators, Making Sense of Logic Models for those who plan and develop HIV/STD interventions and Sexual History Taking for licensed medical professionals, among others.  Other trainings such as HIV/AIDS 101, in English and in Spanish, have been revised and updated to better meet the needs of our providers.  These are just a few of the improvements you will see in our training portfolio.
