Office of AIDS Programs and Policy

The Office of AIDS Programs and Policy (OAPP) is a program office of the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health. It directs the overall response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Los Angeles County. OAPP was established in 1985.
