About Hotlines and Related Agencies
There are many agencies that work to protect the public’s health. Los Angeles County and other agencies often have behind-the-scenes crews working to keep our communities safe from conditions that can harm health. But it can be hard for us to know about new problems as they happen. You can help by letting agencies know about problems as soon as you see, smell, or hear them in your community. Some environmental conditions can increase your chances of having health problems. By preventing those conditions or fixing them quickly when they happen, agencies can support a healthy environment for everyone. See the list of agencies below for help with issues in and around your community.
